no problem....i'm a suppier/die caster for ford,gm,dodge,honda,toyota,and it goes down hill from there..
we are shutting machines down friday,cause of inventory...blah!!!!!...i have seen them push cars out pretty quick!!
hope you get it,but don't wish too hard....and be like the rest of the poor souls in the recall line..[:'(]

I have the same build week as you guys have. I am sure they will be shipping out the cars that are built and waiting for delivery. It may take a day or two extra with the holiday upon us but it will get here. Even though this is the second GT I am buying, it is still exciting to be able to get one let alone two. Since I am giving it to my girlfriend for wedding present on September 24th, do you all think that I can wait that long to give it to her? The dealer already said they would hold it for up to 30 days so that means I have to hide it for the rest of the time.

Congrats on the upcoming nuptuals! My parents anniversary is 9/24.
Hmmm, A good friend with a spare garage bay is all I can think of unless
you "store" it. I'd get it cleaned up good, park it in a U-Store-It and cover her up.
When are you going to GIVE it to her? Wedding day right before you leave for a week or so?
I couldn't keep it from her knowing how bad they are... Let her enjoy it before the big day.
At least she won't be late for the wedding!!
Let us know how it goes - get pics of her face when she sees it!
