on May 17th I ordered a BMR Upper control arm and UCA mount
and still haven't recived the order

and they haven't been answering their phone for the past few weeks

I'm kinda ticked off

 

i would be too man sorry to hear this

currently if they'll answer the phone I'll just cancel the order and order the parts and some more direct from BMR's site

I thought they were a good vendor and the're the place I bought my LCA's from awhile back and where just before I ordered some LCA reloc brackets (I got the reloc brackets)

I was hoping to have my stuff from May all here by june 15th as I plan to order more but now I'm just going direct to BMR

In short
dec 2007 ordered LCA's (recived Dec 2007) good
May 8th 2009 Ordered LCA Reloc brackets (recived late may)
May 17th 2009 Ordered UCA and UCA bracket (still waiting and not able to reach anyone)

June 10 2009 really ticked off

That sucks! if you payed with a credit card, you could report them to the cardholder and possibly have the sale revoked for services not rendered... its worth looking into.

 

What he said!! If your call goes to v-mai, I would leave them message indicating they have until tomorrow to respond or you will be taking action via your CC company.

 

Currently the charge isn't on my card but in dealing with slow charges before until I know thats its canceled I fear the charge might pop up

 

This is now worked out
it seems it was an issue with the card charging company

I had over looked it but they shipped the Bracket order and charged and refunded the cost (very odd)

and had never charged the other order

its all resolved now

 

ive heard nothing but bad things from them. all they are concerned with is money. they dont care about you or their products. terrible company.
