rough ride need help

Unhappy rough ride need help

i got some lowering springs for my 05 mustang gt and lowered it 2'' front and rear and the ride is rough is there some thing i can do to make it better ????

...did you also replace the shocks & struts?..if not, that should help some, but in the end your car's ride isn't going to improve too much with that amount of drop...

Try the LCA relocation bracket and LCA's. Mine road rough with the Steeda sport springs until I add the BMR LCA relocation bracket and the BMR LCA's. Now the ride feels almost like stock. My wife even felt the difference. Do both at the same time. I added the brackets first and it still road rough, because the stock LCA's will only fit in the bottom hole of the relocation bracket. The bottom hole of the relocation bracket did not place the LCA in the proper angle for a comfortable ride. Now that I have the BMR LCA's installed and I have them at the right angle the ride is much better.

You could be running into the issue with the rear bumpstops bottoming out, too. That will make a for a harsher ride indeed.

with that kinda drop it wont get to much better, what kinda wheels are you running? 16's? 17's? 18's? or 20's?

Do you have quality springs? and shocks/struts designed for lowered applications will definitely help.
