I'll admit that I didn't carefully really read my scheduled maintenance guide when I got my 07 GT. I just scanned it over, but I have been following it. Well, now I'm at 60K miles, and I thought I'd remembered that my tranny had to be serviced at 60K. But, no, that's transaxles. So I looked through the scheduled maintenance guide, and I can't find anywhere that it says to service an automatic transmission.

I know there's no dipstick, so you can't check the fluid level, but when does Ford recommend service?

 

I don't know what Ford says about maintenance, but I do my maintenance after 50k.

150k for normal service.

 

I always do my maint. long before the manufacture says its due, but thats just how I am.
