Default Drag Radial Question

I am about to order 18x9 18x10 DD cobra r rims for my 06 gt. I am looking to get drag radials for the rear. I have roush lowering springs in the rear.

What do you think is the biggest drag radial i can fit in the back to fill up the gap? And what company would you recomend? its not a daily driver only driven on nice days and might go to the track sometimes.

Summit is cheaper than Jegs on the M/T's. They also shipped me my set in 2 days.
