I haven't had my car long enough to see how the back seat is held in place... but ditching them is usually a great way to save some weight..

Do you guys ever remove your rear seats? How much to they weigh?

Yes. I remove mine everytime I go to the track. Go pick up your couch cushion. Thats about how much they weigh. Maybe 12 lbs including the tops and bottom.

i wanna take em out and make back there a chillin spot. with pillows and ****. is there enough room for that?

I dont have a back seat and when I look back there it sure doesnt look like it would be to comfortable.
