Default GEAR CHANGE

I know this topic has been beaten to death but here goes. I have 4:10's in my daily driver GT. I'm getting tired of the constant shifting around town and I'm also kinda tired of skipping gears to make things smoother. So, here's my question. Should I drop down to 3:73 or 3:55? Some have previously suggested that I won't see much of a difference between 3:73 and 4:10. Your thoughts please. Here's the car.

Find someone with a 8.8 with 3.55s and do a entire rear end swap.

What... "Your getting tired of Shifting..." !!!!
I think maybe it's not the gears here but that you should have got an automatic...!!! (LOL)
And hey there ptaylor that's one gorgeous looking car you have there....

You could go with a taller rear tire.
You'd probably only get down to about a 3.90 equivalent though...

Yea I guess its a preference thing but I love to shift and I shift a lot to get up to speed in my mustang with my gears. I try to keep my RPMs at 2000 so when I want to go like 40-50 I shift all the way to 4th. If you get 3.73s you will shift less but its not that huge of a diff, but I do notice a difference in power with my friend bullitt and my car (a big diff)

It looks like he may already have a big tire on there. To the OP, if you feel like going down to 3.55's then I have a used set out of my GT when I swapped out for 4.10's. I'm in MA too and I'd sell them to you for cheap if you want them.
