Well ****!! I ordered and just received the same thing as the OP. I wish I had seen the kit mentioned in above post, would have saved me the trouble of trying to find the small bulbs somewhere local.

Now that I look back at the options at StangMods I don't see the small bulb in the HID White option only the amber. What is the smaller bulb for anyway?

JMOSS did you order the HID White turn signals?

 

I thought I ordered the Amber bulbs but I guess I went with HID white... Ill have to order the new sets of Amber bulbs again
