My new mod plans.
Roush Body Kit.............2849.00
Roush Window louvers...399.00
Roush Legal Exhaust......730.58
Roush Coupe Stripe Kit...182.39
Roush Rocker Stripe Kit...186.93
9-Bar Billet Grille............349.99
Roush CAI....................323.42
Hypertech chip..............514.23
Mustang underdrive pulley..220.92
Roush Stage 3 Suspension..1499.00
Strut Tower Brace.............371.82
Roush windsheild banner......27.44
Roush rear decal................7.14
Roush Seat Belt Sleeves x4..66.52
Locking Lug Nuts x4............116.20
Billet Pedal Kit Auto............120.40
Roush Door Sill Plates...........41.50
Stage 1 Dash Plaque.............9.44
Auto Shifter Bezel...............59.17
Trunk Mounted Tool Kit........294.98
JBA Shorty Headers.............339.99
As you can see, my mod list is primarily visual, because the car is pretty much my daily, and at the moment I don't need it any more powerful with the exception of a few cheap performance mods like CAI, chip, headers, pulleys, and GEARS...anyone know what a good set of gears for an auto transmission V8 would be? I'm not totally sure there, my knowledge of gears is very, um, nonexistent.
Some of this stuff is pretty trivial, like seat belt slips and trunk mounted tool kit, all that, but I like them for the novelty of it.
I think that I'm going to go with the "Stages" of the Roush conversion, Stage 1 starting out with the body kit and details of it all, EVENTUALLY a set of Roush wheels, not sure yet though. Stage 2 seems nice with their suspension kit and 1-inch lowering springs, and I may see if I can look into a good set of sway bars. Then when it's all been done, and I've got a stage 2 Roush, I MAY or may not look into a Supercharger, probably Roush.
Does anyone know if a Hypertech chip is a good way to go with the roush CAI? Does it do the same thing as an SVT tuner?

Sounds like a nice list. Cars gonna look great.
Although if it was me (and this is just my opinion) and I was doing the whole Rousch body kit, louvers, stripes, etc I would drop most of the other stuff and get the rims at the same time. IMO I dont think the kit is gonna look as good as it should with your current fanblade style rims on the stang. IMO it will look like someone stole your Rousch rims and you put those on a temps.

3.73:1 gears from Ford Racing Performance Parts are the best for the auto. Because of the difference in the gear raitos of manual and automatics, a 4.10:1 in a manual is approximately the same as a 3.73:1 in an automatic.
You'll need a tuner to correct the speedometer once you change gears. SCT is fairly popular, if you're looking for a performance tune. The Roush air intake is a rebrand air raid. Steeda/Ford Racing, C&L, and JLT are probably some of the most popular.

i would get a tuner instead of the chip same price but the the tuner will be better now and def better down the road cause you can change your speedo when u but bigger tires on and when you get the gears done you have to change that too so a tuner would be the way to go instead of the chip
IMO, as I did, cosmetically I would go with a CDC classic chin, set of ROUSH louvers, some SS bezels here and there, you wouldn't believe how great the combo looks. The money you'd be putting into the ROUSH body kit, I'd put towards a Ken Bell 2.6L supercharger, or a S/C of your choice.
