Default Charge motion control plates

I was thinking about adding charge motion control plates. Any suggestions on which ones and do they make a difference?

Don't waste money on the Steeda billet pieces unless you can find a used set for $100. Other than that the only "out of the box" option is the former FRPP cast aluminum pieces. I installed a set along with a BamaChips 93 Performance tune and the improvement was very noticeable - a worth while mod IMO.
