Default Door sill (paint) protectors

Anyone know of anything to protect the paint on their door sills? After I took it in to the dealer I have 2 scratches on the paint close to the plastic door sill, but on the paint.

How do you guys protect this area?

I found these, but I'm not too sure: http://www.shopwiki.com/_Auto+Ventsh...Sill+Protector

Help!

Raise your legs and feet.
The pain is felt by one other member as his post would suggest.

I always raise my feet, its the other people I can't control.

Such as dealership workers, parents, etc.

Maybe some of that 3M clear bra material? Chip Guard...
Yes, the stuff will look like crap after a few years but at least it can be changed easily.

I also have some pretty deep scratches on the driver side that I've patched up (poorly).
Yellow is a tough color to fix. The touchup paint doesn't cover well.

Dont take it to the stealership?
Is your Stang at the stealership enough for them
to wear the paint?
Dont let your parents drive your 'used to be nice and clean
but now it very dirty Mustang.
Not sure how you are putting that sort of damage on the
drivers side onto other people.
Keep Etc away as well?
I am the only driver of the Mustang.
And it shows....

The day I bought my 05 convertible I picked my dad and sister up and someone, upon exiting the vehicle slammed the door in to tree stake.... now I've got a nice brand new wide white (on my black car) scratch.... chrome door handles are in the mail.....

Whoa buddy. I let my Dad take my car for a spin every now and again, and I took it to the dealership to fix a broken fuel pump.

The paint isn't getting warn, it looks like someones shoes had a rock stuck between the tread and when they were getting in it scratched the paint. Other than that my Mustang is looking good sir. No need to be a smart ***.

The area with the scratches are high lighted in red:

I just need a plastic strip of something to cover this area.

I feel your pain, no scratch on my car except for these damn door sills. I know it had to of happened when I took my car into the dealer.
