Default Need help with install UDP/DS

If all goes as planned I should have my Steeda UDP and Spydershaft by friday and I can get the install on Saturday. A few questions to help me out if you can.

UDP:
What parts should I remove to make the install easier ( I know the intake for sure)
Do I really need a pulley remover? I know it makes it easier but it it the only way to do it?

DS:
How much oil lost is to much oil lost when changing the flange?
What oil do you recommened I use to refill it?
Where can I get the bolts ( item number) for the new flange?

Any other advice would be great to hear from you guys(and Gals). Thank you

There is a step by step guide in the how to section by taco bill at the top of this forum page. It will give you all the answers.

I only removed the intake for the pulley install. Yes, a puller is required

A 2 or 3 arm puller will pull it right off, and they are cheap and easy to get. Maybe borrow one from a buddy. I pulled the radiator out to give me more room to work. I dont know that it is necessary, but it made it alot easier and its not hard to remove. You will not lose any oil when changing the ds. The pinion shaft, seal and flange will remain in place. you just bolt the adapter plate to it. I just noticed you are changing the flange. I guess Spydershaft comes with its own flange. You should'nt lose too much oil and refill with 75-140 or 75-90 gear oil. Just make sure to tighten the pinion bearing preload to about 16 inch pounds when putting it back together.

From what I have heard Spydershaft requires a new flange.I am still in search for the bolts as well though
