It seems lik mustang tuning is the only one that has them. Are they good rims? I was lookin for opinions on wether to go for the 17s and bigger tires or 18's. i hate the wheel gap in the back. info , pictures/specs, and opinions appreciated/ thanks

I am just buying the chrome bullitts - there are dozens of places that sell them for the 05 Mustang - just do a 'google' and you will come up with dozens of companies pages to scroll through!!!

As for 17's or bigger - I went for 18's.

I hate the wheel gap in the back.

Another way to close that gap up is with the Eibach springs thats how I took care of it.

Ricva05, that is an awesome piture in your signature. The contrast between the car and the Locomotive is striking.

My only concern with lowering the car are steep driveways. I had a Volco C70 convertible and every time I went in and out of the drive way, the spoiler on the bottom would scrape. I have a classic CDC spoiler waiting for my car when it comes in. I guess I'll put it on and see how much clearance I have before I think about dropping her.

another question for tires. are the GT and v6 sizes the same. I see ppl with the 275s in back and 255s up front. I would be able to do that just as easily as they would? Would I want to do that considering I only have the v6? Im thinking about going with a bigger tire in the back or should i go the same all the way around?

The stock V6 wheels are 16" I believe, not 17".

I have the 17" x 9" chrome bullitts on my V6 with 255's all around. I went with a consistant size so I could at least rotate back to front, even though I can't go side to side.
