Hello all,
I can't believe it at all! so about half my damn car was painted like not even a month ago and yup sure enough some guy backed into my car!
so this is the damage;
right headlight, unsalvagable
front bumper, possibly but why?
upper grill, possibly salvagable again but why?
and a scuff on the hood.. needs repaint to be perfect... just painted!!! damn it!
ok so im thinking roush front bumper, oem headlight and cdc grill and mount the fogs behind the grill.....
thats my idea but i was also thinkin gt cs front bumper and shelby grills...
and then you can always go full out shelby.... Minus hood... (i got a modded oem hood with functional scoop)
So first time ever asking advice on looks but for some reason i need help....
pics, prices, opinons, lets get this going.
HELP!!!!
I'll post pics tomorrow, I'm gettin drunk.. my cars been busted for too damn long lets make it better then the old new better....

oops forgot to mention the last fix cost me big bucks on my dime.. this one is gonna be a cash arrangment on him.... im thinking i can get 2000 or maybe a tad more from him...so yeah help ease the pain, let the ideas flow

yeah thats the other option i was looking at, i did a search trying to find more info on it.
there is a guy on the forums whos a parts guy who put together a list of all you'll need. sure enough i cant find the friggen thing.
if i can do it cheap enough with keeping my hood i will.
if i do that all i should need is bumper grill and lights.
thats why im thinkin roush, 2 fog lights where they need to be, and i think that roush grill is sexy, phantom mount them behind there and sexy sexy, also 6 friggen lights!!!
anyways... any other ideas, input? HELP

Unless this guy whipped it out right then and there in cash form.

You're putting yourself in a situation where you can get fugged in so many ways.

Besides, why being helpful to people that can't drive?
They're the ones that will do the side of a parked car in a parking lot and bail out without leave a note...

If you go for the Roush bumper and grill I would just have the two fogs in the bottom of the bumper rather than having an extra set wedged behind the grill. Six lights on the front just seems a bit too much for me, but if you like it than go for it.

I agree with everyone else. Unless he gave you the cash right there on the spot you are going to get screwed and won't ever see a dime! Why didn't you get his insurance info and do a police report?

I wouldnt go for the roush bumper but IMO its kinda ugly. The angles just dont work for me, but then again i havent seen one in person. Id go for the GT500 ESPECIALLY if hes giving you 2k!

ok so heres the skinny,
looking at the damage closer, rad cover is dead, and the hood pin on the side he hit is pushed back!!! so makes me think the rad support has been tweeked.
so yeah im thinking insurance is in the future.
I have all the guys info so no worries there.
so im thinking shelby front end.. get it all fixed at the body shop but have them do the shelby front end minus the hood.
I have a club member whos a bodyman and hes the appraiser so yeah i think we can work something out .
thanks to all and if there was no little tweaks i would just do it myself but its tweeked man and im not fukin with that.. im a HD guy so my body work involves torches hammers and 56 inch prybars... so yeah im leaving this to a pro.

pascal, can you really make a stock hood fit the shelby front? also i dont want the front lip. do you have any reccomendations for me?
Im thinking its gotta go to the cops as its more then 1k
