You can put as wide of a rim on the front as long as the offset/backspacing is right...
Whats the offset/backspacing of your 20" front rims?
All i know is that my front tire size is that i am currently running is 245/35/20 as for offset and backspacing, i know nothing about.

I am running 285-30-20s and 10inch rims all the way around on my car and I am running sportline springs. do this bolt one of your rear wheels to the front and see if it fits, i think it will!

I've been looking for 19" wheels and haven't found a rim I liked yet and I don't want 20s. I like the way yours look from the angle in your sig.
They are Saleen Heritage wheels. 19x9 front and 19x10 rear. 285/35/19 rear. Kumho Ecsta SPT tires. My wife got them off ebay for Christmas for me. I think they were around $550 shipped. Here are some pics. Sorry the cars so freaking dirty. It had rained the day before and i just got done doing the lowering when these pics were snapped. I still havent gotten around to taking some nice ones yet.

And whats wrong with the look again?
The offset is stamped into the inside of the rims if they are true Saleen rims....

Put as wide as the back tire on the front and pray that it fits if you want
them to match, kinda.
Get the same width rims if you want same size tires to look
exactly the same front to rear.
Biatch at wifies buying offset rims without asking the owner of the stang
and the master of the house what his highness desires rim/tire wise... JK LOL

On my 08 GT I'm running a 20x9.5 with a 275/40/18 tire in the front. I had 305/35/18 DR's in the back before and now it has 295/45/18 NT05's. That's the rear. The front is the 275's NT555

9 or 9.5 is NOT the widest you can go on the front wheels.
It depends on your OFFSET.

I am running 18x10's ALL THE WAY AROUND with 275/40/18 tires and I am fine.

What IS your OFFSET?

I never said that you couldn't put a 10" wheel on the front, I said "You can use up to a 9.5" wide rim on the front with no issues." If someone wants to use SN95 offsets, then sure a 10" will work, but I think it would stick out to far IMO.

I have a 45mm offset.

Oh, btw. ROUSH uses 18x10's all the way around standard on their 2005-2009 Mustangs.
You can easily put a 10 wide with no issues.

My wheels/tires do not stick out at all in front.
They come up even with the car as you can see.
Here are some pics.
BTW this is my second set of 18x10's all the way around with no issues.
