08 GT, 23k miles. Nothing really so far. A few clunks from the back but I may just need to retorque a few things. A few interior rattles.

Annoying sounds aren't enough to make me think it's a poorly made car.

Happen to know what build date they changed the design and where I can find the build date on my car?

I also have 28,000 miles on my '05 GT and I've had the following:

* Clutch Pack replaced with TSB due to differential noise.
* Throttle body replaced under warranty when car went into failsafe mode

I've experienced the fuel filling problem but it seems to only do it if I attempt to fill up when the tank is still half full. When I'm down to a quarter tank or less it fills up fine.

This is still a great car that I love driving every time I start it up. It's a keeper.

I've just had the dreaded water leak, and that was 3 yrs ago. Took them two times to fix it, and no other problems since.

06 GT, 29K

1) Scrathed tint (moleskin in the near future, sitting in garage)

2) Front end grinding/whining, when taking slow turns (fixed under TSB a few months back.

3) Driver's side seat leather worn down to ruff surface and a ton of wrinkles in the outside left bolster as well as color coming off of lower seat surface (Dealership ordered new leather for drivers seat today)

Other than those, I love my stang, bought it used with 9K on it about 18 months ago.

Just had to get my battery and Alternator replaced under warranty.
Replaced window seals to fix water leak issue

Still need to fix gas tank filling problem. I usually have to turn pump handle upside down to get it to fill.
Some rattles in the doors..need to get fixed.

Tons of interior rattles.
Front end clunk twice. First they fixed in, then I fixed it.
Rear end clunk, they fixed it.
Killed two alternators. Both replaced under warranty.
Bad Shaker 500, changed it out for aftermarket.

2006:
-Fuel pump replaced (hesitation TSB)
-Front-end clunk (never got fixed)
-Water Leak (5x to dealership, Ford bought it back with some coaxing from the BBB)
-Rear Clutch packs replaced (moaning making low speed turns)
-Managed to snap off one of those seat levers (cheap POS)
-Rattles galore...
-Clutch was a real PITA if the car was out in the rain; like pretty much impossible to drive until it dried out). Dealership really didn't know/care about what was going on. Toward the end, when shifting between gears the entire car would move forward (or backward if shifting to R) slightly with the clutch to the floor.
-Probably forgetting something...

2008:
After 28k+, knock on wood, there's been nothing I've had to get fixed, although it did manage to completely die on me for no good reason whatsoever; had to be towed back to the dealership, where they pulled almost every code the ECU could possibly throw and then magically it sprang to life again. Go figure.
