faster than a gt500 ?
i was just reading some 1/4 times for the gt500 and saw " According to a road test in the July 2006 issue of Car and Driver magazine, the boys from Ann Arbor clocked their Shelby GT500 at 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds with the quarter-mile at 12.9 seconds. " What kind of mods would we need to make our GTs run better than that?

i kno i thought i saw v6 in this thread with a turbo or something say they ran a 12.9 so i was pretty sure our GT's could do that with mods besides a supercharger like... 4:10's good tires cai+tune headers and stuff.

There are a few members here, that got their turbo sixxers in the 10s...

Its heavier weight doesn't help either.
Put about a Grand of bolt ons in that Shelby though, and it's all over for even a boosted GT.
