+1 on the Isimple. I have had mine for about 6 months and have had no issues. I routed the wire into the center console and keep the Ipod in there. It also keeps it charged, not sure if the others do that.

The way I got my ipod working in the car was to buy a new radio. LOL!

7" touch screen + DVDs.

Wow! now that is news to me...I'm off to read those as well right now. I've already ordered mine and it should be already shipped, but since there is a year warrenty I'll just go ahead and give it a shot to see what happens. Thanks for mentioning that though.

After reading those....I'm not sure I buy their arguments. ALL of the ipod to radio adapters are just that...adapters. None are extremely fast as opposed to a radio with ipod functionailty built in but I've never seen one to know that for sure. As far as the songs not picking up from right where they left off when the car was shut off, thats the way ipods work. IMO it has NOTHING to do with the adapter. The iSimple one did the same thing and I'd be very curious to see if most aftermarket radio units with ipod capability dont also do that. Go for a run with an ipod, and then turn it completely off, then back on again...guess what (at least mine do) I'm back to needing to select a song and thats just personal use, not even plugged into the car. So I dont really see that as valid arguement either. Also, none say 'I'm using this in a 2006 Mustang GT' so I'm willing to consider it might be also due to something inherit to their model car though that might be completely wrong but it would go much further as an argument if they did say that since that is what I will be installing it in.

Since mine is already on order I'm going to go ahead and give this a shot. Spending $150 compaired to upwards of $400-$500 to replace the whole unit just isnt in my plans for audio till I get other mods I'm way more interested in getting done completed. Also...if you are planning on ordering this anyway....you really need to go through Kevin Casey at that dealership I previously mentioned. Mine is $149.95 shipped...those on Crutchfield are $199 apiece. Pm me if you want his info. He has helped numerous people (me included) in the conversion of our stock GT front ends to the GT500 one, and was extremely reasonable on his prices and is a very nice guy as well.

Thanks again Andretti. I am strongly leaning toward ordering the BrandMotion unit. Did yours come with the glovebox holder for that price? Crutchfield includes it for their price of $199. I think the holder costs $20 to buy. How do I get a hold of Kevin Casey?
Keep me informed about how you like yours when you get it installed. Again, thanks.
