Sorry to be so contrary, but the commercial is actually quite boring.
There is no view of the interior, the engine, etc. It's just 360 degrees (repeated over and over again) of the car.
It doesn't actually inspire me to want to invest in one of these. Again, an indictment on the commercial not the car.

It's an overpriced 2009 w/a extensive body kit!!! That's all.
I don't know want to hurt any feelings but, (my disclaimer in case someone gets paranoid and thinks I'm flaming them) it's just a 2009 Mustang that's been sent out for extensive body panel replacement. The power plant is a stock '09 4.6 V8. Performance options are: Supercharger and Big brake kit. It does have a Ford Performance suspension & custom interior which you also can see on 'youtube'.

The price starts at $60,000 but, since there's only 45 of them and you bid on them, only rich people will own them. Galpin Ford outside of LA is the only place to get them. It's not a Ford, it may have started life as a Ford but, it's an Iacocca. Though I thank Iacocca for pushing the development of the Mustang and getting it to market (starting the pony car), I don't worship him and this car is one overpriced monument to Lee Iacocca.
I like some of the styling cues of this car but overall, I'm more excited about the 2010 GT (and hopefully the 2011 GT or Mach I) design. For one thing, I can buy the Ford Mustang and modify it the way I want it and I won't even come close to spending $60k. Besides, $60k won't even touch one of the 45, read what USA Today wrote after interviewing Iacocca: "The price is nominally $60,000 to $65,000, but he expects the transaction price to be much higher because of bidding to get one of the limited number."
My opinion is that if you're a '05-'09 Mustang owner that hates the 2010, this car looks fantastic and is what the 2010 should be but, if you like the 2010 or are a 2010 owner, the Iacocca looks OK but, isn't mind blowing.
One last thing, I guess this means that Lee Iacocca doesn't like the 2010 Mustang design either? This car debuted on July 20th, just a month before the 2010 season begins and well after the 2010 Mustang launch. However, he does hint at the possibility of a sequel to the Silver Edition with about 1,000 limited edition Iacocca 2010 based Mustangs.
