lol...that is a definate...like i said earlier, if that was true, i'd have a set in the mail. i do agree however about different dyno's and definately the tuning give tremendously different results. there is a black S197 on here, (i cant remember his S/N) but he CAI, tune, CMCV, L/T's, hotrod cams, ect. and he is only making 310hp. now that sounds extremely low to me...

who knows

edit: it is Intervention and he doesnt have L/T's.

2007 Mustang GT ~ Alloy Clearcoat Metallic

Mods: * JLT CAI w/ Custom 93 octane tune * Hotrod Cams * Spydershaft * Centerforce DF * Ford Racing 4.10's * MGW Short Shifter* Stinger Exhaust w/ High Flow Cats * CMCV Delete Plates* J&M LCA * Tuned by Performance Dyno * 310whp / 311wtq

But even at that, i guess if this guy gets some long tubes, U/D's, and a water pump, he'll net another 100HP???

with all this ability N/A, you FI guys must be nuckin futs...

Well I'll chime in and jump on the BS side of the camp... Can't really speak to what it takes to get 400hp NA in these cars, but my flag is up on the ***** Thumper cam... Great cam, but it's not a high hp cam. It's a sound cam... I've got one in my 454 Chevelle and I can think of half a dozen different cams that would make more power, but none with the sound. Don't get me wrong, the performance of these cams is great, but they're about giving you a good street cam with a snotty sound. If he said custom ground cams... That's a different story...

So someone is BSing IMHO... Maybe it's the shop that did the work and dyno'd it.

I too say that something is amiss.

My mods are in my sig. Dyno was 2 weeks ago at 365 RWHP. Bad day for dyno due to heat/humidity and downpour of rain probably cost me 15 HP.

Just my .02.

This is why I think a Dyno is a tuning tool. Not a dick-size comparing tool.

A Dyno can easily be out of adjustment whether on purpose or lack of maintenance.

Two people should never compare rwhp numbers unless they hop on the same dyno right after one another.

I saw a 30hp difference on the same car on the same brand of dyno at two diff shops on the same day.
