Hello,

One think I feel Ford screwed up on the Mustang was the key design. Every other company is putting the key and fob together, but not Ford.

Does anyone have any experience in making this so. My keys are bulky enough as it is, and I would like to be able to have my key be apart of the keyless entry / trunk release buttons.

There may be other threads about this, but I made several different searches and didnt' find one. So I made a new one.

Correct the 2010 mustang uses an integrated key. I saw someone on the forum that used a Fusion key for his 05-09 mustang (I can't remember the exact year). Good luck with the search

Only when I go somewhere that I don't need my other 10 keys will I carry the FOB for the Stang. And I NEVER carry the FOB for my '08 4Runner (DD).

dodge does the key and fob together but i rather not have it that way cause if you get an alram you stuck with to fobs cause one is your key

jesus christ, you have a freaking mustang and your bitching about have to carry a key fob? Oh, the horror!! It must weigh all of, say, 2 ounces! I bet if you bought an Accord you could have a key/fob combo. Go for it!

if you have a 2007+ you can get the Fusion fob/key. just have it cut, and program the clicker and the chip yourself. easy as pie. one of my fav mods!

Anyone have a pic of the fusion fob? I didn't get a fob at all when I bought my car (used)
