Default Question about Trouble code light

Ok so i get in my car to go to work at 5 this morning and car starts up normal, drives down the road normal and im about a mile and a half away from home when this light comes on. So i turn around and take it right home. Go in my glovebox to find i dont have a owners manual. Can someone please tell me what this light is and what may be causing it. All mods are in my sig if that helps. Thanks

most people suggest using your hand held tuner to check for codes being thrown or going somewhere like Autozone to have the codes pulled....from there, you'll have a better idea of what's going on with the car and what needs to be done to fix it

good luck

This light came on for me once and my brother's code thingy said it was an emission problem. Just turned out I didn't tighten the gas cap all the way.

Not to scare you buddy but that's the "Check Engine Light". Let's hope it's something small.

Long shot but check your CAI inlet tube connection to the throttle body. There are a few here that have had them loosen and result in a CEL.
