I would contact bamachips and tell them about the problem, but before you do that how long ago did you install the CAI and how much gas you got in your tank?

 

I installed the CAI about 3 months ago and i have about 3/4 of a tank of gas right now.

 

That error really doesn't cause nothing bad against your car, especially if you haven't done any recent mods to your car that might cause it. So it's up to you if you wanna call bamachips and tell them about the problem or just ignore it since you don't got cats anyway and probably not worried about emission tests.
