Default Nitrous plug recomendation

Hi I've been using my 75 shot but Im about to swap in the 100 shot jets but I know I need colder plugs and a dyno tune first. Can anyone please recomend the exact plugs I should get, I want some really good ones and what heat range do I need? Do I also need to upgrade my injectors/fuel pump. 05 V6 btw.
As for my dyno tune what should I expect to pay for a tune/dyno session to get the 100 shot tuned properly?
Will colder plugs effect daily driving? I drive about 10k a year, just like school and stuff. Lastly, would it be safe to go 150shot without upgrading internals?
Alot, I know any help is apreciated

^-the plugs.

Umm 150shot.. u need fuelpump and injectors to play safe and plus a very nice dyno tune..
(just realized this is a v6 stang, IDK if it take a 150shot the bottom end that is, your internals can hold power but i haven't reasearched enough to know if the v6 take it >.<)
