Default Bad kansas weather = Cover

Anyone know of a real good full car cover? We get real bad weather here in the coming months. I've seen a couple but I just wanted to see which you all recommended and from where. Maybe current/previous owners.
Thanks in advance.

I guess it depends on the funds you have available to spend....you can go to shelbyperformanceparts.com (http://www.shelbyperformanceparts.co...r%20Cover.aspx) and can get a REAL nice cover, but it's gonna cost you or you can go to a local store (Autozone, Advanced, Walmart, etc..) and for $50-$100 get something that provides cover

where in Kansas are you?

As a rule of thumb, a good car cover will exceed $100.
California Car Cover is a good company...

But beware, people love to steal those.

Here is a good link to decide on what cover.
I purchased the Weathershield HP

I purchased mine from autosupermart.com for $300 and some change. They are custom made so it takes about 10 days to get it shipped.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Looks like I will be forking out about $300 on a new cover. The shelby ones seem a little overkill to me.

Here's the 'official' Ford covers:

Look to the left column for some other ones, depending on exactly what you want.

I wonder if any of these covers approach protection from hail damage? Being in Kansas, I'm sure you guys get some hail.

Yeah, that's honestly why I wanted a cover. I doubt these covers will protect a car from constant hail though.

I just did some google'ing and found several products out there. Some look more promising than others, and some are very expensive. A home made suggestion i found was to use two car covers and put that egg crate looking mattress foam in between the two. You could even sew it into place.
