I was able to use the stuff from the old bumper. I normally do my own work, but that was something I was glad that I didn't do myself. It looked like it was a PITA as I stood there and watched.

The accessory bumper kit comes with everything required, took me about 20 minutes to install. You do need to have the proper size pop rivet gun to install the support bar.

Plastic guides worn out or broken?

Mine does this, the plastic guides were broken. I fixed it by using a bolt and some nuts to replicate the guide...

It's not on the diagram I found nor is it in any of the pics. The only way I can explain it to you is that there are two guides on the outermost part of the bracket that you will transfere from the old bumper to the new bumper. They are weak plastic studs that are about an inch in length and are there from what I can tell to hold the bumper from bulging out at the corners. You'll notice them once you get into the internals of the bumper. If they arne't broken yet, then be careful cause they are weak.

To nmd55,

They bolt on the quarter panel behind the marker light.
They have built in tabs that go inside the bumper slots to maintain tight alignment.
Part# 5R3Z17D942AB for the left side
Part# 5R3Z17D942AA for the right side

They retail for $21.87 a piece.
