Got a V6 '05 Convertible in Mineral gray/black top a month or two back. Loving it

Question--what is the convertible top material? Cloth or vinyl?

And what is a good protectant for the top?

It looks like the RaggTopp protectant is a reasonable choice, but there are two versions, depending on what the material is.

It appears to be vinyl, but I want to be sure! Can't find the info. anywhere...and for all I know, it's an impregnated cloth of some type.
