When I installed mine I just followed the instructions, and if I remember correctly it only called for the capping of the drivers side, and the passengers side ran a hose to the intake, I installed a catch can though. Check my garage or profile for pic under the hood.
yeah, only the drivers side is capped off and the hose on the passenger side. mine is the same way. by the way, what kind of filter is that? the one that came with my kit is a different color and appears to be a bit smaller.
