06 Factory HID problem?

yeah I didnt put them on... car is a saleen... and it has the HID's.... so....

normally it only does it... when I first turn them on the first time... after that I cant get it to do it again unless it sits for a long time

Sounds like a HID ballast problem. There is no fixing them. You need to replace the ballast.

will it eventually totally not turn on? or do I just gotta flick the flights on and off?

They will eventually not work. And at the least favorable moment....
Its not gonna like the flipping procedure for too long....
