Help the Dummy - Tire question

$201 each for the Nitto 295's. They lasted about 18K....not to bad.
I have a pair of 305/35/18 Nitto DRs sitting in my garage. You are welcome to look at them, put them on, try them or what ever you want to do. They have about 1k miles on them and never had a good burn out dome with them. Not sure if I am going to sell them or not. Depends on how much I go to the track this fall and winter.

I have 275's all around and, on heavily truck traveled roads where there are ruts worn in, the car will tramline something nasty. 255's up front would be better IMO.
Ok, I should keep biting my tongue but I can't... AND I'm sure to get flamed (again) for saying this but 20's on our Stangs look ghetto. One of the beautiful things about our Stangs is the retro look and a tire with such little sidewall, even on stock 17" and 18" wheels, looks inept. Give me 16's with a nice sidewall and RWL's. Yeah, it'll screw up handling but, DAMN, it looks so good!
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it...
