I had my spankin' New Mustang treated with that optional "Xzilon" treatment and low and behold I see really fine scratches all over my car!
I AM FREAKIN' PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY BETTER RE-PAINT THE WHOLE CAR OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY!
FYI GUYS, DO NOT DO THAT XZILON TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even take a repainted Mustang. OEM paint is the best.
I'm sure it was the way the dealer applied the product which caused the scratches - not the product itself. Maybe they thought steel wool would work better than a foam wax applicator.

Dealers never cease to amaze me. The dealer I bought my new 2009 GT from tried to fix a small chip in the paint and now I'm in a 2010. I bet you can guess what they did to my car. Hope you can get the scratches out...and I'd make them pay for it. DON'T let them try to get it out....as they'll just dig a deeper hole.

I appreciate your support guys...I just do hope the scratches come out.
I got an appointment on Saturday and they told me they would "try" to buff it out.
If not...there will be hell to pay!
My salesman said he will back me up 100%, I just hope he does...

I put the xzilon on my self their nothing in it to scratch the car just the cloth the dealer used. it comes with a red cloth to apply and two micro cloth to remove. The paint is guaranteed with it so they also get paid to fix it.

They better fix it...I'm crossing my fingers...
