Default Great deal!!!

If i get the job i am looking at, which i most likely will, i am going to take over the payments on a 2008 mustang v6 5 speed car. The car has 20k on it with 15k left in payments. A guy that works with my brother wants to get into the police accadamy a.s.a.p and just wants to lose the payments. I would be paying 325 a month with an insurance payment of about 150. Thank god i will be making close to 4k a month and almost no bills.

It does sound a little high to me considering I bought mine brand new with everything for $19K. Is it a convertible, Pony Package or a Deluxe? It really depends what comes with it to determine the real value. You can check out www.KBB.com to see if you are paying a fair price.

Posts some pics when you get it.

Look around a bit deeper and see what compreble cars are going for, private and dealers and see if you are doing ok , well, or bad. Once you buy a prize its yours to keep, so dont jump into it blind.

$15k is not a bad price, depending on what equipment it has. You can do better if you look around and have some nutz, IMO.

if you want people's opinions on whether this is a good deal or not some more information would be helpful. Like how many miles does it have? What trim is it? Cause I donno about you but around here base model V6's go for 13 to 14 and are really easy to find at those prices (with 50,000 miles)
