Oh yes, I am now cammed. But, I want to make a new post about it and I want to wait until later today so I can get a video uploaded and test my bama tune (I already tested by brenspeed tune which surprisingly needs a bit of work).

wow, I'm surprised doug got you a tune that worked. everything he sent me sucked. I think you'll find that every mail order tune "needs work".

Hey sirknight, I located this awesome mechanic down in Kyle, TX who has his own performance shop, drives a nitrous'd 09' glass roof S197 and loves to work on mustangs so much he practically gives labor away for free!! He does better work than a dealer and you can even talk mustangs with him while he works. He was looking for the cam install tools so if you want to reclaim some invested $$ you can sell those tools to him and he'll help you with anything you need.

That sounds cool. But I just wonder how much I could sell them for to someone. I bought the compressor from a place for $210 (the other shop that sells them for $155 would have taken TWO WEEKS to ship).

So I just made the video and test drove my bama tune. I'll give more details in my new thread in a bit, but my bama tune kicks ***. It's like 99% dead on. I thought it would have been the other way around with the brenspeed tune being the dead on one, but it's the tune I will not drive with b/c of how wonky it is.

He'd likely give you what you paid for them since he's camming his own car soon. The mail order tuners HAVE to have come a very long way since I went through all this.
