Default Rear "swim" with new tires

I recently swapped from 305/35 to 285/40 series tires and now notice some rearend "swim" at around 100-120mph. It's very noticable over the 35 series tires. I've never experienced rear swim that bad with 35's....

anyone else noticed the same?

What tires are you having this problem with? Maybe the sidewalls are much softer than what you're used to.

They're Nitto NT555's. I thought they were good tires....but haven't performed very well.
