I'm gonna start this off with, Boy do I feel stupid. I spent most of the weekend frustrated because I just could not figure out what was wrong. I have a good friend that works at the local Ford dealership. I told him the whole story and he said before I return it to stock bring up there. When I arrived Kelsey came out and we both looked again and couldn't figure it out.

He called their "Mustang guy" out and we told him EVERYTHING that I had done to the car, mod wise. He said no problem, a good tune and install WILL NOT cause the problem that I am having. He plugged up my SCT and read the code. He went back under the hood and found a hose that I had not reconnected. I had stuck it in a place so it would be out of the way and it LOOKED like it went somewhere.

Problem solved.

I then ask how much do I owe and he said NOTHING. He went into service and said job him for a hose reconnect thru warranty.

Nothing was said about the mods. He said nice car and come back if you have any more problems.

I was really impressed and my simple problem, caused by me got fixed.

Great service. If this the new face of Ford.

Thanks for all the advice. As soon as I get to 50 post, I will post valve cover pics.

Vacuum leak it was! It's a good thing they didn't charge you or else I woulda been mad that you didn't just buy a can of the starter fluid and find the hose yourself .

Found the problem and had it fixed without a charge then found what appears to be a mod friendly dealer.....I'd say that's win/win situation for you. Glad you got things worked out.
