This may be a stupid question but is TSB work covered under warrenty?

Some TSB's may be fixed under warranty but if the car is out of warranty it's up to you. Sometimes a dealer might work with you if you are a good customer, but most of the time not.

Thanks dude...love your rims! I'm still under warrenty so I should be good. The TSB is for a rattling separater plate between motor and tranny....

If you're still under warranty, yes. If you'er not still under warranty, then it depends how frail and timid you are when the dealer says "no".
