If you are going strictly for looks, you'll be fine. For spirited driving and correct geometry, youll need shocks and a panhard bar.

I did mine saturday. Just the springs, 'cause I'm broke right now. Used H&R springs. Looks really good and the handling is ok, considering I'm using the stock shocks. When I get some funds I'll do the shocks and panhard, but for now I'm happy. Car looks soooo much better, even with the stock wheels.

i would do shocks and stuts when you do the springs so you only have to do it once

+1 on doing both shocks/struts and springs and while your at it get a panhard bar. I couldn't buy it all at once so bought each when I could than once I had them all I installed them than got alignment than I was good to go!
JMO Good luck!

When lowering your car, an adjustable panhard bar is highly recommended to maintain alignment. If your are running lower control arms, I would also recommend relocation brackets, they add a bigger moment to the axle to reduce wheel hop. New shocks and struts are also a good idea is money is not an issue.

My personal favorites are steeda ultra-lights, tokico D-specs, and steeda panhard bar, control arms, and BMR relocation brackets.

What labor costs should I pay just to do the lowering springs? I called 3 shops and 2 of the wanted around $350 just for labor, the 3rd shop wanted $200 does this sound high or normal?
