WHAT CAI WOULD YOU CHOOSE?
After a couple of weeks of questions and trying to understand tuning and intakes I'm gonna go for it. I've decided to go with Brenspeed for the tune but the CAI is up in the air. If you had to pick one now, which would you choose based on overall looks and performance? I know that most of the gains will be seen with the tune but are some CAI's performing any better than others? Even those of you who have a CAI now, would you pick a different one based on what you know now or stick with what you have?

I might choose the Bullit... or the Steeda... or the C&L Street. No, wait... the C&L Racer... maybe the BBK or the JLT.
It doesn't really matter. Choose what suits your eyes and walllet. It's the tune that's the majority power adder and you've choosen one of the best... Brenspeed.
I have and am very satisfied with the Steeda. I like the others, too. Just make a choice.

thats funny Nuke
I love my FRPP CAI. Especially how it has the molded plastic "box" to seal away some of the engine heat.
I got lucky also that my hood liner seals with it as well so when driving around it truly does only get "cold" air from the fender/headlight and doesn't suck from the engine bay.
but basically all the CAI's are the same. It boils down to price in the end. With the FRPP you are paying for a CAI & a Tune. The C&L and the Steeda seem to be the most popular from what I've seen.

Keep ur stock box and just get a tune, put the extra 300 towards 4.10's. Then buy a used CAI for less than $100 later on (I think Brenspeed will update tunes for free) - that's what I did.
