18s vs 20s? Bring pictures!
First off im 99% sure there are a few threads about this already but apparently every word i choose to search is to broad or to short... feel free to link me if you know of a thread that will help.
Long story short, im gonna need new tires in a few months so im gonna get different rims too, which brings me to my problem, should i get 18s or 20s? I dont plan on racing my car other then for fun and im definitely wanting something that looks good. And the roads around my school are not pretty at all so durability is a bit of an issue. Im pretty much guaranteed 1-2 potholes a day. Im also at stock height with the intent to lower once i get out of school (year or two...)
Also anyone with side profile shots of 18s or 20s please post them! Still have no clue what im looking for in rims in color style or size...

20's here, def get chrome whatever you settle with, our redfires/candyapples look ****ing awsome with chrome. well you can always get 20's with extra rubber, i was planning on doing that, but plans usually fall through, plus then youl need to get your spedometer re-calibrated. but as long as you drive safe/slow potholes wont be too bad, plus, how big/deep are the potholes?

I have 20's but sometimes I feel like going back to 18's. Maybe I need aftermarket shocks/struts to go with my 20's because it seems like the wheels rebound or bounce more over bumps. I hate it. They feel a bit heavier for sure.

what is the max rear tire an 18 will hold?-- I am 70/30 set on 20's but i keep rethinking it. 18 might be the way to go. i see a few 19's but not many choices. I want the offset to look good and be functional. This is why I still run with stock shoes..

20x8.5 front 20x10 rear
Oh forgot to add I am at stock ride height for now as the kit gives the car the "appearance" of being lowered.

I have 20" Cobra R Rims. Sumitomo HRTZIII 255/35-20 tires.
See sig below.
I really like the looks of the 20" gun metal Shelby Razors. =-)
Good luck on your decision!
