For those with subs...need help
I'm going to install some subwoofers in my car, hopefully today if I can get this answered. I need to know what harness I need for the shaker 500 to control the lows for the subs. Does anyone know the part/model number I will need? I tried calling al and ed's but they were being a holes and wanted me to bring my car and have them do the install, they wouldn't tell me the part number. Someone be my savior and tell me pleeeaase.
Thanks mfers

Whats up Devin. You'll never get an answer from the ******* at A&E on Sepulveda. Try Crutchfield or even Best Buy. Saw your car the other night when I went to my cousins next to the bar. Got a good rake going. Give me a call brother.

Are you jus trying to add subs to the factory head unit or do you plan on upgrading the headunit as well?
If looking for an aftermarket harness for an aftermarket Radio, I like Metra. If your looking to just add an additional amp to the factory set up it's fairly simple, but keep in mind that the factory amps turn on at a lower voltage than an after market amp, and wiring it to turn on is challenging with the factory head unit.

If you are NOT going to install an aftermarket head unit, then I believe what you are looking for is a Line Out Converter:

Or you could attempt to make one yourself if you're electronically inclined (Line Level Adapter section):
