Sometimes the relay can play up. Try running your hazzards for about a minute, sometimes the lights need to re-sequence. I had the same issue on my sequentials on my 2009 Challenger. It did set them straight but only for a short while.... then I had to send the harness back for a new one.
Good Luck

If all 3 are actually lighting up at different times, just move the light sockets around until they sequence in the correct order. Don't move just the bulbs, move the entire sockets around. I had to do this a time or two to get them in order.

They all three light up but the sequence skips the middle one...The whole right side is perfect and the left side outer lights are sequencing normal just skips the middle one in the sequence! Is that confusing lol?

I had an issue with mine where the one side wasn't sequencing correctly. I had to unplug the one side and clean the contacts at the bulkhead connector. All was well afterwards.

Have you tried replacing the middle bulb? Could be one of the filaments is broken. Try swapping bulbs from the right side to the left.

yeah its prolly the bulb.. When you got Seq's the bulb tend to "blow" out easyer i had to change mine couple times but no biggy took me 2 min...I bought mine from American muscle aswell, Web Electric makes them...

Define 'lights up and everything else'.
These are 3157 bulbs with the dual filiments we are talking about.
One filiment for Clearance lights and yet another seperate filiment for Brake/Turn.
All in the same light bulb package. Modern Technology is great nowdays.
When does it give you brake filiment to indicate the bulb is still good?
Or is it just the clearance light filiment that lights?
Was it a plug-n-play or a splice in kit.
I would suspect bad connections if IDC connectors were used.
If it was installed and working, I would not think the sockets are in the wrong order...
I would tend to lean towards the burnt out brake filiment in the middle bulb.
Get the LongLife Sylvanias and replace them all while you have the assembly out.
The HAZZARD function is great for checking all your bulbs minus the third brake
light and the back-up lights. Just turn on your headlights/fogs and the hazzard flasher.
Walk around the stang and see whats not illuminating or burned out.

It lights up with the others but it does not get brighter with the brakes and to sequence..im gonna change the bulb today and see if that helps. And they were the plug and play kit...I solder everthing 157db anyway!!
