lol same here. C5 Z06 dude. Could've paid a little bit more and got 360whp right out of the gate. I like the mustang but you have to face the facts - the LSx is faster, particularly the corvette.

BTW how the hell do you get upside down in a loan anyway? What a terrible mistake!

Paid cash in full, though I bought mine pre-owned from a dealership. As for buying a new car.. learned that lesson, but I would make exceptions for the Mustang

Yea the 03 Z06's back in 06 when I bought my GT were going for less than what I paid for my stang.

Special ordered and paid cash. Took delivery right off the car carrier.

Being older does have some financial advantages.

Yeah, but you have to take each person's individual circumstances into account.

Before my Mustang, I had NO car whatsoever. None. I was relying on the city bus for a few years, scrimping here and saving there and looking for a first car I would truly appreciate and want to care for. Imagine my neighbors' horror (yes, they were PISSED!) when one day I hop on the bus to go to work, and the next I'm rolling into the driveway in a Mustang already over half paid off. I plan on paying it off in 2 years or less.

Edited to add: bought mine this summer certified pre-owned.
