Default Question about wiring interior lights

Im considering adding some red accents to go with the my color but i want them to turn on when the my color does (headlights).
Does anyone know how i can splice into that? I plan on having it turn on when the gauges are red but also having a switch to turn back off when ever i feel like it

I wired mine to the dimmer on the mycolor that way you can dim them if you dont want them as bright!

157db to the rescue on this one, me-thinks. It's most-likely all handled by the SJB, and I have a feeling it isn't going to be easy...

Nope.

I think there is a spare leg of the wiring harness under the center console that has 12v when the lights are on.

You can tap off of the headlight switch illumination wire.
Pin 2, C205
Yellow-Lite Blue wire

Nope, neons and cold cathodes are one and the same and
dont dim with decreased voltage input.
