Default Steeda CAI

So I'm looking at buying a new intake. I have the steeda intake without the elbow and I'm wanting something new to look at. I kinda like the looks of the jlt intake but is it as good of quality? Is the steeda intake the best one? I know its the most expensive intake. Should I get a new intake or buy the steeda elbow and shut up lol. What intakes do you like? Does any intake flow better than another? Opinions please.

None of the tune-required CAI's are any better than the other unless you're going FI at which point I'd go for the C&L Racer plus a larger TB over most of the others. Otherwise, you won't make better #'s with any one CAI. The thing to be more concerned about is the tunes. THERE'S where people will lose power; inferior tunes.

In that case, whichever is most pleasing to your eyes and wallet.

If its just for looks why not just buy the steeda carbon fiber elbow. New look and retains same filter assembly, sounds perfect.

I recently just installed the steeda CAI with the carbon fiber elbow and a SCT SF3 tuner. It looks great and sounds even better.

I like the look of the jlt but honestly there all about the same just what ever you like and want to spend...Haha thats why i would just get the cf elbow since you already have the steeda filter and heat shield

The steeda filter and heat shield is proven take in lower temps because of the way that the hood attaches to it. The CF inlet elbow actuallly helps keep the intake charge from getting heat soaked.
