On a NA or non-very heavily modded S197 engine, either one provides equivalent gains. If you plan on going FI or any significant mods that will eventually require more air, then get the Racer.

Cams and LT's might make the Racer (or other CAI with a larger MAF) the better choice. Let 'er breathe!
