I did this within 300 miles of the zip you had that Foose in:

oh, and rims are cheap, if you find a decent one with a good price, you can get your own rims and tires for pretty cheap.

Cars.com is legit too. I'm confident that they have more cars listed than any of the other sites. That's how I found mine...granted it was new but that's beside the point.

Best of luck in your search.

I used autotrader, cars.com, and I actually used Ford's site too. Just make sure you uncheck certified pre-owned to get more listings when browsing Ford's selection.

IMO it might be worth it, lets see, $16000 for a 06 GT with over 45,000 miles on it, or a GT with 20,000 and limited edition (3000 made that year) options at $23,000 which originally went for $38,000 MSRP plus whatever the dealer wanted for it. The car is 4 model years old (based on the fact that the '11 hasn't been released yet. It has obviously been taken care of better than most people's daily drivers (like my '08 that has another 100 miles to go before I hit 20,000). It appears to have all of the things that Foose put into it so it and has not been modified in any other way.

Just my 2 cents.

I saw this today at our local auto fair for selling used cars:

2007 GT Mustang Convertible Premium
8,000 Miles
Auto

$23,000

Hope that helps to see where the values are ranging.

if I were going to pay the mark up on a special model, it wouldnt be the Foose though. Yeah, thats why that one is more expensive, maybe worth it if you want to pay for the appearance. But I would rather shoot for a Bullitt or a Roush in that range.
