Default Must get off the roids....

Any one else here snap the lever on the back of the front seats? I did it tonight... Plastic piece of ...t. I hope you can replace it without having to replace the whole seat. I know that sounds crazy but you never know... Any info would be greatly appreciated so I dont make an *** of myself at the parts desk.

Ya, I broke mine to just before I parked it for the winter. Hoping some jb weld will work good enough to put it back on, just have to remind people to use the lever on the bottom of the seat.

The whole mechanism broke on my GF's 07 Convertible. Fortunately was covered under warranty.

I discovered a couple of days ago the lever on the back of my seat is broken. Don't know how long it's been broken, could've been broken since I bought the car two years ago. At any rate I perused the various forums and the opinion is the same, they are crap and shouldn't be replaced with stock pieces. I found some metal ones from UPR/billet-depot on ebay that I'm looking at.
