Default Muffler Delete Questions

Been searching awhile cant really get a grasp of some good info, i know people say it is loud but i have a pypes o/r h now and flowmaster 40's and the trumpeting sucks, i can weld in some thrush bullet mufflers as resonators but what if i switched to the pypes muffler delete? anyone run this with an o/r h?

If you do get the muffler deletes- order the motoblue deletes from rpmoutlet.com, they are actually PYPES muffler deletes and cost less than $200 shipped.

I also am running an o/r h. I ran with just the o/r h and no mufflers for a while and it is loud, but not a good loud. I also have a back up set of lm's and my main axlebacks are frpp stimngers. I get the trumpeting as well. You may have some luck with your setup if you can find a good resonator to add to your exhaust. I haven't messed with that yet though. If you want an impression of just the o/r h and some muffler deletes? just take your axlebacks off and run it without.

cool deal man. What setup did u change to again? I think ill give it a shot and see how it goes and then maybe add the glasspack as a resonator type of deal.

I put some pypes m80s on after that just to quiet it down. The m80s sound good too but I miss that set up. I am changing it up yet again next week though.

I personally know the owner of that car. He didn't post that video, someone else did. In that video he is not running SLP. He is running open headers.
