Well, SteveB's idea of keeping my SCT Tuner, ordering the Ford Racing CAI and getting Brenspeed to retune for the new intake sounds like my best bet. I just don't want to spend any more money on the car if I don't have to. I was thinking about getting a glass roof install from a private installer but, same thing. In the end I told myself "you don't need to spend more money on this car for superficial purposes". I may not like the extra heat and brightness the glass roof puts out. I wouldn't know until I bought it. So, if I want to spend $300, I will call Brenspeed and do this. Does anyone know if Brenspeed would admit that this is the best setup on a GT Mustang?

i drive an 06 gt auto with a bamachips 93 torque tune and i would neverr go back to stock, the tune is the best thing i've done to my car. I've had it on almost a year and love it, it shifts smoothly when I'm just cruising and when I stomp on it it'll chirp em through third gear

Actually, the glass roof reduces the interior temp of the car. I freaking love mine!

In the winter I would think it helps heat it up.

Yeah, OT but that "warranty" chit really trips something...
Well, I had an idler pulley replaced, and that was directly under the CAI. My options were to badger the dealership into removing and reinstalling my aftermarket parts or putting the stock air-box back on myself before taking it in. Thanks, but I prefer doing it myself, since who knows what will happen when they try to do it. I don't take it off otherwise.

Sometimes there is a good reason why people do things
