I have had now just about a week my 87 Oct tune from Brenspeed, I also have C&L Racer intake. All I can say that Brenspeed makes a good product,
I am loving it

Yeah but what I am talking about is much much more abrupt. Imagine the stock power up till you hit exactly 3k and then the tune kicks in abruptly. So much that I could have it floored in 2nd and have grip all the way up to 3k and then when the tune kicks in I break loose.

Thumbs up

Brenspeed has a very good product. I am running a brenspeed tune on my supercharged car, and no dyno tuner so far would even attempt to make it better. It is spot on.

Now, as far as non FI is concerned. Prior to installing a supercharger, I had the pleasure of running both the Bamma 93 tune, and the Brenspeed 93 tune.
Although I never dynoed the car with either tune, for my vehicle setup at the time (had headers, cai, cmdp plates) the Bamma 93 tune felt more powerfull at low rpm and the car even sounded more aggressive with it.

This is my personal feeling, nothing Wrong with Brenspeed's tune. (as I said I am running their FI tune as we speak and I am super happy with it).

If you have any questions about our tuning or what it has to offer, feel free to give us a call. We are here to help and provied tech support. You can also PM me if it is easier. Brent has been tuning the S197's for almost 6 years and we have all been in the performance industry for years.

The reason the car "wakes up" at ~3.5K is because that's when the CMCV plates go full open.
